I was in accident a while ago. I was rear ended by a Gieco insured person. So the damage wasn’t to great. 1000 estimated. I also went to chiropractic and had like 15 treatments. Total expense of about $5000 to Geico. So now its time to collect settlement. How much should i go for tops. My friend is telling me $7500.
$4000 for chiro. $1000 for car damage

You damages were $1000 and you went to 15 visits to a chiro for at total cost of $5000??? Sounds like your chiro may have charged you too much. That’s and awful lot for soft tissue injury. This may end up being an when it comes to settle. Remember an insurance company owes you reasonable cost. Without seeing the bills and the damages it’s difficult to say what you will get. Settlements are very subjective.

15 Chiro treatments cost you $5K??? Thats over $300 a visit which is wayyy to excessive in cost.
If this was a minor impact accident its possible you won’t even get all your meds covered. If you have Medical Payments on your own auto policy I would strongly suggest you put the bills through your own policy.
I would never pay anyone $5grand for 15 chiro visits. So as far as your settlement? I would offer you $2500 MAX!
